Completed files will be sent back to you through email , FTP or your login pannel. We will return the completed files via the same medium in which we received the batch.

No, if it turns out that we have misconstrued your specifications and instructions and there's a mistake on our part that has led to unsatisfactory results, we will rework at no cost. We will also do new minor adjustments without charging anything. But if you want some fresh changes that may take considerable time, you will have to pay for that.

There is NO minimum or maximum requirement. Send your files, images, photos & sketches  no matter the size, and you will get the same great results, because small businesses are as important for us as big ones.

Yes we're very cheap in price comparing with other artwork designers (or) companies in the world. becuase most of the industies like promotional products printing, vinayle printing, t shirt printing etc.... printing 75% of products with a simple artworks in a day. most of the artworks are very simple like single line font and very simple redraws but  artwork companies charging $9.99 for those artworks also. so we planned to give the simple artworks in a affordable price to the customers and also we're the team who is passianate in illustrator and hard working like 24/7 so it's not a complecated thing for us.
